Urinary Tract Tonic

This natural cranberry tonic is an effective way to help clear up irritation from a UTI without using antibiotics.


INGREDIENTS:

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS

  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • Stevia, to desired sweetness to balance the cranberry

  • 4 droppers-full uva ursi tincture(optional, but highly recommended if available)



DIRECTIONS:

1 Mix together all of the ingredients in a 16-ounce jar. Drink several servings throughout the day until infection or irritation is cleared.


UTI Pro Tip:

The active ingredients in cranberry are extracted into a concentrated form called D-mannose which is available over the counter and extremely effective for treating UTIs (without the need for antibiotics). Use it as directed and often (every few hours) for best results.
